Throughout her career, she has used these attributes to form the foundation of both her real estate practice as well as her relationships, resulting in a thriving referral-based business, dozens of successful sales, and hundreds of happy clients.
A Seattle native, Brianna inherently knows not only why people love the Puget Sound region, but specifically which unique area will provide them the exact lifestyle they’re after. With a background in construction as well as real estate, Brianna knows what it takes to both deliver a flawless transaction experience while also guiding and educating her clients to make the best decisions specific to their goals and objectives. No two clients are ever the same, and by taking the time to listen and understand exactly what their expectations, needs and wants are, Brianna is able to tailor custom buying and selling experiences formed around, what she considers, the most important thing: them.
Being a mother of four children ranging in age from 1-16 has taught Brianna several life lessons - many of which she works diligently to weave into her real estate practice. Amongst these is her belief that remaining patient while staying committed to the goals you set will always, in her experience, lead to the best results. Naturally there are times when picking up the pace and hurrying to meet deadlines is important, but only when truly necessary. For her, the age old saying that “slow and steady wins the race” could not ring more true. By taking the time to be considerate, strategic and intentional, everyone wins.
